Tom Nelson is 55 years old, born in Burbank, CA in 1952 and has spent the majority of his adult years in Ventura County, a small but affluent community in Southern California. He dated, and subsequently married Yvonne Ashbaugh (Nelson) and they have been a couple since graduating from high school in 1970, a total 37 years. They have two children, Heath Nelson 30, and Jessica Nelson, 23, as well as two granddaughters, Cassidy 5 and Jordyn 4.
